Victoria DaCosta, LMSW
Hi, I’m Victoria DaCosta, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) based in Arizona. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, where I specialized in Clinical Mental Health.
I support young adults and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, OCD, trauma, PTSD, and the everyday challenges of living in a world that often misunderstands neurodivergent experiences. My work is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and centered on helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
💬 How I Work
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you set the pace. You are the expert on your own life—my role is to walk alongside you as you explore your goals and reconnect with your strengths.
I draw from:
DBT-informed tools for emotional regulation
Mindfulness and grounding practices to calm the nervous system
Solution-focused and strengths-based strategies to support progress
Psychoeducation to help you understand your brain, body, and emotions
🌸 A Bit About Me
Outside of the therapy space, I’m a mom, a lifelong learner, and someone who believes in curiosity, compassion, and a little bit of humor. Parenthood has taught me a lot about overstimulation, emotional regulation, and the importance of slowing down—and while sessions are always about you, I bring that lived empathy into the work we do together.
In my free time, I enjoy walking, gaming, cooking for my family, and creating cozy spaces for reflection and rest.
🧭 Where I Practice
I offer telehealth therapy for individuals (16+) across Arizona, with both private pay and insurance options available. I’m currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and more.
